• Issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining

Returns Procedures: 

You do not need a Return Authorisation number from us. Simply return to the address listed below. You will need to provide us with your complete Name, Address, Phone No. and your Order No.  Once we have received your return package, you will receive your refund. You will either be credited back to your Credit Card, or sent a cheque depending on your form of payment during ordering.  Please allow 7 days to process credits.

Note: 

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping products back to us.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
