• Issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining

Returns Procedures: 

You do not need a Return Authorisation number to return an item. Simply send your package to the address listed below.

When returning your item, please include the following details:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Your phone number
• Your order number

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: 

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping products back to us.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
